Using the time efficiently enables the review of multiple properties and facilitates the selection process to move to contract-- securing the parcel or building of choice. The land and building are then assessed to be sure they will provide the value necessary. Site Approval and the building permit process from the municipality of jurisdiction could be a lengthy process driving the timeline outside of the due diligence inspection period. However, by combining our in-house real estate and design team, drawings are produced quickly and presented for preliminary acceptance and feedback by the governing municipality ensuring the design fits the real estate requirements. This process protects the investment while working within the due diligence time period. A full Turn-key process is also available which includes Bank Builders ownership and development of the property with a Lease-back to the client. This option has the ability to remove all facilities management by the tenant, leaving only the responsibility of a lease payment. |
